Positivity in radial glia?

Developing Purkinje cells are positive, as well as what appear to be Granule cell fibres.

Stated as being human-reactive so my positivity may be non-specific.

However, there is a marked positivity within the progenitor OB interneurons. I am not sure if positivity is in these cells or, the associated astrocytes. The image shows that what appear to be core cells are negative ( cytoplasm of cells on both sides are positive).

A remarkably different pattern of positivity v human testis.

Primary ab reagent should be diluted further to see if the moderate positivity is specific: if non-specific, the strong positivity of the basal spermatogonia should remain positive but the moderate positivity should be gone.

Microglia in wt rat brain: note the apparent intimate association with positive microglia and neurones.

Massive increase in microglia numbers in lesioned brain ( I note the positive ? macrophages? in the pia mater )

Strong positivity is seen in progenitor olfactory interneurons, maturing in the svz of the lateral ventricle and also in microglia.

Specific? Non-specific?

Positivity is  strong in the cytoplasm of the progenitor olfactory interneurones from the RMS.
