There is a punctate positivity localised to the dorsal horns.

There is also a moderate diffuse positivity in the lower portion of the ascending tracks ( this distribution is similar to that seen using anti Neurogranin in rat spinal cord).

DRGS were dissected, fixed and then snap-frozen for cryosectioning. Once experiment was complete, the DRGs were defrosted in RT 10% Formalin and left overnight, with gentle agitation. The following day, they were place in Haemalum (to give better visiblity when embedding in Pwax) and processed to Pwax.

Morphology was good, indicating quick freezing  ( no ice-crystal artefact).
