Lateral ventrical region.
Note that basal cells are negative.
What appear to me to be osteoclasts…. are positive for Loricrin.
T/S through the vertebra showing positive spinal cord, DRG and nerve.
p63 is a nuclear protein, I understand.
The only epithelial nuclear positivity is seen in developing mucosa of oral cavity ( or is this nasopharyngeal mucosa?)
Epidermal nuclei are negative. However, as in the ab from Cell Signalling ( 4892), nerve fibres are positive ( the same antibody? Both are rabbit polyclonals against, I think, the carboxy terminus).
Nasopharyngeal mucosa abruptly changes from positive to negative at certain points ( black arrowheads). I am not sure what the positivity at the green and red arrowheads is. Yellow arrowhead appears to be positive fibroblasts.
