SVZ region of lateral ventricle: identical positivity seen in mouse.

High power of striatum: which cells are these??

Any ideas what these cells are? ( HPower image also submitted).

Positivity appears to be localised to this region. Is this positivity specific? Abcam no longer sell this reagent.

Stated as being human-specific but also reacts with rat. However, there appears to be some nuclear

Upper image shows GFP tag ( using anti GFP ab13970) in same cells as anti Caspr. However, the transfection rate is poor. Also, there is anti Caspr positivity in cells that do not express GFP.

I am not sure what this means: advice is always appreciated

Cells were fixed in 10% Formalin in suspension and finally spun down in 1% HT Agarose. The set agarose block was then processed to Pwax, sections cut and mounted onto slides. After HIER, sections were co-incubated in anti GFP/Caspr2.
