Datasheet states human- reactive. ( only?). Clearly, mouse macrophages are positive.

Granulin precursor ( PGRN ) in human lung: FFPWS using R&D SYSTEMS AF2420
Macrophages are positive ( all or only activated ones?)
mCherry in sheep brain: FFPWS using Abcam ab125096
50 micron free-floating cryosections were defrosted and processed tp Pwax. There is fine neurofibre positivity.
mCherry in pig spinal cord: FFPWS using Abcam ab125096
Snap-frozen sample of Formalin-fixed cord ( injected with mCherry tagged molecule ) was defrosted and processed to Pwax. 6 micron sections were cut and probed for mCherry
Estrogen receptor in human breast glands: FFPWS using Abcam ab267512
The antibody is conjugated to Alexa 647: I used this because it was the only ab available from the Researcher. For IHC, use the unconjugated antibody.
C3d and Clusterin in human senescing testis: FFPWS using Abcam’s ab136916 and ab69644
C3d is positive for epididyimal epithelium; Clusterin is positive for ECM around epidydidimal tubules. Note that “functioning” tubules have a single Clusterin positivity but, senescing tubules are multi-layered. Senescent tubules seem to become singular wrt Clusterin
Comments?
C3d in senescing human testis: FFPWS using Abcam ab136916
Compare this result with same field, using Abcam ab69644 ( anti Clusterin). Interestingly, C3d is positive for the senescing seminiferous tubules’ cytoplasm but the “disorganised” Clusterin expression ( compared with non-senescing tubules) is still limited to the connective tissue tunica ( ECM) of the tubules. I do not know of the significance of this, if there is one!
GFAP in human AD brain: FFPWS using Abcam ab4648
Astrocytes can be seen to be surrounding an amyloid plaque
Biglycan in human spinal cord: FFPWS using Abcam ab209234
Comparing expression pattern in normal ( upper image, showing dorsal root entry zone) and traumatic injury specimen ( lower).
F4/80 ( ADGRE1 ) in mouse brain: IHC-P using Abcam ab300421
Excellent positivity in microglia, only
