I do not know if this is specific: however, there is a very strong +ty in what I think are B-cells ( in white pulp) and also in plasma of blood vessels ( most evident in the larger bvs alongside the trabelculae

Clusterin in human testis: FFPWS using Abcam ab69644
Note the differences in positivity/distribution between normal, atrophying and atrophied seminiferous tubules
Myosin (MYO7A) and SOX2 in mouse inner ear – FFPWS using 25-6790 and AF2018 respectively
Alexa 488 ( SOX) – Alexa 594 ( Myosin)
Osteopontin in adult rat brain: FFPWS using Cedarlane antibody PA1-25152
Positivity is confined to Nuclei of the cerebellum and discrete areas of the midbrain, pons, medulla
Osteopontin in developing rat rib bone: FFPWS comparing two antibody results
Adrenoreceptor (ADRB2) in rat pancreas: FFPWS using Abcam ab182136 and Affinity Bioscience DF3512
They give opposite positive results: which antibody is giving specific positivity? Endogenous biotin was blocked by pretreating sections in Avidin/Biotin solutions.
DECORIN IN MOUSE E18 urinary bladder: FFPWS USING R&D SYSTEMS AF1060
Positivity is confined to collagen type I fibres ( coating them) most obviuosly seen in the submucosa
Decorin in mouse e18 adrenal gland: FFPWS using R&D Systems AF1060
Note that what appear to be medullary cells have a very strong cytoplasmic positivity ? specific? The positivity seen in the collagen of the developing skeletal muscles fibres (to the left of adrenal ) is as expected.
