In adult rat and mouse brains, nerve fibres have a moderate positivity ( or because the ab reagent should be much further diluted). Oligodendrocytes appear to be the only cells with positive nuclei.

Variable intensity of cytoplasmic positivity in tubules: collecting ducts appear positive mostly at membranes.
I do not know if this is specific as I cannot find corroborating images ( HPA show poor images…Antibodypedia ditto… imho).
Abcam no longer sell this reagent( so perhaps it is non-specific) but, I leave it here for information
