Sweat gland duct epithelium positivity

Mitochondria in smooth muscle are seen as  punctums.

In the ganglion cells of Auerbach’s plexus it appears that there is a very high concentration of mitiochondria: thus the positivity is too intense to see them as puncta.

A surprising positivity, given that this is a specimen from a standard PM brain
