This ab works on human post-mortem brain.

Note the poor fixation; common in PM brain. I have 4 anti NeuN abs but, none of them work on human PM brain. I know they work on human tissues ( that are not PM specimens).

Skeletal muscle-like tissue has formed. This contains many nerve fibres. Many, particularly seen in the central longitudinal fibre, appears to be sprouting and branching as if to form axonal  terminals

Tubular structure forming in an area of teratoma: lined by epithelium.  Muscle coats in the wall. Within the muscle are positive nerve fibres.
