DRGS were dissected, fixed and then snap-frozen for cryosectioning. Once experiment was complete, the DRGs were defrosted in RT 10% Formalin and left overnight, with gentle agitation. The following day, they were place in Haemalum (to give better visiblity when embedding in Pwax) and processed to Pwax.
Morphology was good, indicating quick freezingĀ ( no ice-crystal artefact).

This antibody should be further diluted as the grey matter positivity may be non-specific. However, I am using a dilution factor of 1/20K.
I find the Dorsal column ( lower part only) interesting but, I have no idea why it is confined to this area ( something to do with ascending nerve fibres crossing over?).
