A very “nice ” positivity. Very similar to that in human and mouse testis, under identical conditions.

I am not familiar with c-fos expression patterns.
In this image there is a nuclear positivity mostly confined to the germinal layer of seminiferous tubules. Occasional Leydig cell nuclei are positive as is the cytoplasm of these cells.
