No apparent fibroblast positivity but,  strong luminal membrane staining of developing airways’ epithelium.

Spinal cord T/S : strong labelling of ?meninges?

Spinal cord: area around central canal.

Skin: hypodermal and intermuscle fibre fibroblasts are positive. There is also strong labelling of the outermost epidermis and what appears to be membraneous staining of upper layers of keratinocytes.

As Matrigel IF post but, using DAB. Note viable, non-apoptotic cell on the left.
