Strong nuclear positivity is shown in the ?spermatogonia” layer.

There is a moderate positivity in nuclei of many developing sperm cells.

There is also a moderate cytoplasmic positivity, most obvious in fully formed sperm cells.

HPA shows strong nuclear positivity throughout the layers.

I only get the ? spermatogonia? nuclei immunostaining.

Nerve fibres and Nerve plexi are positive ( shown is one of Auerbach’s plexus)

I recommended this Ab to a colleague. He ordered it….got no reply ( from Ultraclone). He persisted….they stated that they had no more Ab….buy it from Abcam!

Ventral aspect of the spinal column. Not only are the cord nerve fibres positive; what seem to me to be osteoclasts, in the vertebra, are also positive( black arrowheads). They are also positive in an Abcam ab.

The IofL is disrupted. Black arrowheads indicate individual nerve fibres running alongside a blood vessel.

Fine fibres are seen but, as expected, they are easier to visualise when using IF.

Most of the IofL cells are positive. A few are remarkably negative.
