I do not see nuclear positivity thus, perhaps, my results are spurious/non-specific. However, this pattern/localisation is seen identically, using three different antibody reagents ( CS 5726, CS 9101all submitted for your comparison/comments, please).

So, cytoplasmic positivity is limited to  superficial laminae of spinal cord, at point of entry of dorsal root nerve.
