Excellent positivity under standard conditions ( Citra HIER/stABCpx-DAB). This ab is biotinylated so, using the std ABC technique I was able to achieve a high dilution factor ( 1/5K).

Should be diluted further, under these conditions.

I haven’t submitted an Abreview for this Ab as I forgot who gave me a sample ( so no lot number…doh!)
