Wow! So many macrophages/?microglia: all amoeboid. The BBB is seriously destroyed so….many circulating monocytes ( thus macrophages) will be present? As always, I’d be most interested in your comments/advice

This ab is conjugated to Alexa 488: MAB360 is same clone, unconjugated.

Upper image DAB standard solution ( in-house but formulated to accepted concentrations ) 650 dilution factor 1/40. Lower imager same primary ab but at a dilution factor of 1/400 due to sensitivity of Vectorlabs ImmPACT DAB.
