Widespread nuclear positivity

Nuclear positivity is seen. There is also a cytoplasmic positivity confined to endothelial cells of the sinusoids

Both appear to give identical immunopositivity.  Very useful for double ( or more) IF immunolabelling where another primary is raised in Rabbit.

Fibroblasts surrounding developing hair follicles are positive.

Hypertrophic cartilage with positive  osteoblasts

Osteoblasts forming the jaw are positive. There is also a moderate positivity in  the developing tooth pulp.

In the brain, only microglia are positive.

In mouse embryo, osteoblasts and a subset of fibroblasts are also positive.

Human and rat tissues ( brains) are negative, under identical conditions.
