Nuclear positivity in many cell types: white pulp B cells, megakaryocytes, many cells in red pulp. T cell nuclei around central arteriole of white pulp are negative.
This antibody recognises a sequence homologous to MEF2A and MEF2C
Positive myoblast nuclei in developing skeletal muscle nuclei
Developing bone shows positve osteoblast nuclei ( and osteoclast?)
Some dentate gyrus neurones show positive nuclei.
Foetal stomach ( antrum ) shows strong basal positivity in the lumenal gland epithelium.
Mucosal overlying tonsil appears to have strong basal epithelial positivity. Occasionally this extends higher.
