Immunostaining localised to area in which the rms of olfactory progenitor cells is, unlike that obtained using anti CSPG5.

This is strange ( to me) as Sigma datasheet states that the antibody is against the CS component of CSPG.

RMS of progenitor olfactory interneurones between the striatum ( upper) and corpus calossum( lower). Note that rms area is negative ( unlike image of serial section  immunostained with anti CS)

Upper image ( R&D) shows strong diffuse positivity excepting in the svr of the lateral ventricle.

Lower image ( Sigma) shows the reverse pattern.

Positivity is seen only in what appear to be developing bile duct  epithelium

Positivity is limited to the luminal surface of Umbrella cells.
