A different pattern of positivity to that found in human.

Note the extensive arborisations of the indicated ( red arrowhead) astrocyte ( I assume). The cytoplasm is not positive. Sure, many of the top R and L processes are most likely other cells’.

Also note the intimacy with the neurone ( blue cytoplasm, unstained nucleus, excepting the nucleolus).

Macrophages are positive.

Increased positivity at margins of plaques: could be that plaques are “squashing” FMRP…..if this antibody is specific for FFPWS, of course.

Lateral ventricle: intense positivity in svz cells ( appears to be nuclear and cytoplasmic: ependymal cells most obviously show the nuclear positivity)

Dentate gyrus.

Frontal cortex ( reagent needs further dilution).

A particular pattern of positivity in cytoplasm of pyramidal cells and of fibres.
