Developing salivary glands: positivity is seen in fibroblasts most strongly where associated with glands. Also, the glandular epithelium ( not the ductal epithelium) is positive.

Developing pituitary: positivity is seen in anterior, intermediate and posterior developing pituitary. Note positivity in associated hypothalamus.

They have an intense membrane positivity and appear to be located on the alveolar walls.
