I have no idea why there is a moderate neuropil positivity…is it non-specific?

This antibody is no longer available because Santa Cruz have  had their rabbit/goat polyclonal antibody production licence revoked.

On a tangent, their Abs  were termed “Santa Crap” for many years….unfairly, imho but, their early days marketing appeared to be more money-driven than is expected from any commercial/scientific organisation…. little did I know how badly, allegedly, they were treating their animals

Myocytes have formed primary myofibres ( black arrowhead). Secondary myofibres being formed on the primary fibres ( red arrowheads).
