Identical positivity seen in mouse, cow and human lung macrophages, under these conditions

Intense positivity in macrophage plasma membrane. A moderate positivity in “other” cells” : not sure if this is spurious ( thus I need to dilute this antibody reagent further) or specific.

Macrophages have an intense, positive plasma membrane.

A light positivity seen in exocrine cell cytoplasm: specific?

In intense positivity is seen in a small number of Islet cells.

I do not  know if this is specific as the images I have seen from HPA/published papers are not consistent…or am I wrong?
