Arrowheads indicate negative Purkinje cells.

As in all species I have tested , Purkinje cells of the cerebellum are always negative for this Ab.

Arrowheads indicate the negative rostro-migratory stream ( RMS) of the progenitor olfactory neurones.

Note the positive post-mitotic neurones and the negative progenitor olfactory interneurones in the svz of the lateral ventricle.

All neurons, as far as I am aware,  are HuC/D positive.
