Clone TUJ1. Compare with sequential section immunostained using anti NF160

Vagus nerves and nerve plexuses of oesophagus and trachea are clearly demonstrated.

T/S through spinal cord region.

Top to bottom: Calbindin D Sigma C7354; Parvalbumin Sigma P-3088; S100 Dako Z311.

Mouse spleen.

Upper image after M/W ( 1/2000). Should be further diluted.

Lower image after 90C AR for 60mins ( 1/1000)

M/W gives superior results and a higher dilution factor.

However, AR at 90C gives an identical pattern of positivity.

AR at 90C for 30mins gave an identical pattern but, was approx. half as intense as 60 mins AR ( not shown)

Anti Iba1 ( top image) is positive for all ( I assume) macrophages.  Heme oxygenase ( lower image) seems to be positive only in Haemoglobin- catabolising macrophages in the red pulp.

Positivity in respiratory  and alveolar epithelium
