Diffuse positivity of the neuropil ( negative nerve tracts) of the striatum.

Diffuse moderate neuropil positivity in molecular layer. Intense positivity in glomeruli of Granule cell layer.

I do not know if this is specific

Normal, showing positivity mostly confined to the basal skin layer

Melanoma showing macrophages in the dermis

( also positive epithelium)

Dermis shown. Hair follicle epithelum positive.

Also positive are the myoepithelial cells of the sweat ducts.

Lower left may be a sweat gland showing positive glandular epithelium.

Macrophages and also mucosal epithelium ( basal )are positive.

Identical pattern  positivity seen when probing using CS 7383 and sc-7383

Identical pattern of positivity to that when probing using sc-7383 and CS 5726

I do not see nuclear positivity thus, perhaps, my results are spurious/non-specific. However, this pattern/localisation is seen identically, using three different antibody reagents ( CS 5726, CS 9101all submitted for your comparison/comments, please).

So, cytoplasmic positivity is limited to  superficial laminae of spinal cord, at point of entry of dorsal root nerve.
