Pattern of positivity is identical in the cerebellum.

However swant ab gives a far better dilution factor.

Most obvious positivity is seen on membranes of high endothelial cells.

asporin expression is limited to the dura ( well-known) but, also appears to be seen in ependymal cells.

Asporin is seen in a subset of fibroblast within the stroma ( top image) between the tumour cells. Lower image shows extensive Collagen type I( Abcam ab34710)
