Developing costal bones ( ribs)

Seems to me that osteoblast cytoplasm is positive?

Frontal cortex

Caudate putamen

Hippocampus

Intense positivity in Glomeruli of GCL. Punctate positivity in neuropil  of the ML.

Caudate putamen: neuropil has a fine punctate positivity. Nerve tracks are negative.

NB:  plasma in this immersion-fixed specimen is positive as the IgG primary ab is raised in mouse.

Hippocampus

Frontal cortex. Amyloid plaques are negative. There is widespread alpha synuclein positivity in the neuropil which is more intense at the margins of the plaques ( due to compression?).

Lewy bodies are intensely positive.
