Ganglion cells and nerve fibres of Meissner’s plexus are positive

Ganglion cells and nerve fibres of Auerbach’s plexus are positive ( as are components of Meissner’s plexus)

Auerbach’s plexus: ganglion cells are positive as are the many nerve fibres that are in the smooth muscle layers ( black arrowheads).

Peritoneum and smooth muscle of the gut muscularis externa show strong positivity.

Strong positivity in meninges and in developing motor neurons of the ventral horns.
