Many small fibres in the neuropil of the striatum are positive. Also, some of the fibres within the nerve tracks are also positive.
At lower right is a capillary that is delineated by strong staining.
Arrowheads: red for sinusoids; green for Kuppfer cells; black for bile ducts. Portal vein centrally. Endogenous biotin was blocked prior to primary antibody incubation.
A similar pattern of positivity to that seen when using Origene TA314820
A similar pattern of positivity as seen in Origene TA314820 but,
not as good ( after endogenous biotin blocking, collecting tubules of the medulla are still positive, unlike when using TA314820).
Cortical tubules are positive. What appear to be collecting tubules ( beginning to form medullary rays) are negative.
Some of the smaller diameter “tubules” of the medulla are positive: ? loop of henle?
Auerbach’s plexus: red a’heads indicate positive nerve fibres within muscularis interna ; black indicates ganglion between the two smooth muscle layers.
Aurbach’s plexus is positive ( as are components of Meissner’s plexus).
e16 T/S of developing spinal cord and dorsal ganglion.
Black a’heads show afferent spinal nerve ( I think).
Red a’head shows developing motor neurones of the ventral horn.
Very few spinal cord nerve fibres are positive ( only very weakly).
Meissner’s plexus components are positive
Auerbach’s plexus’ components are positive
