In this mouse positivity was seen only in nuclei of  spinal cord, ganglia, fore-stomach, skin, oesophagus mucosa, urothelium.

e17 mouse. Nuclear positivity is confined to a subset of tubules.

Note that the pale brown positivity is due to endogenous biotin ( detection method was stABC-px-DAB).
