Positivity could be better.

This specimen is post-mortem.

Not a very good positivity but, the tissue is a post-mortem specimen and the Pwax block is over 30yrs old.

Unlike mouse skin using same ab, there is positivity in all live layers of skin.

Note that , unlike mouse oesophagus, it appears that only the stratum granulosum is positive.

This Ab should be further diluted. Note that Basal epithelial cells are strongest ( also note ganglion cell positivity in lamina propria).
