This ab appears to be excellent for NCAD in this species.
However, MCAD and ECAD are negative.

In gecko, only NCAD appears to be positive with this ab.

in marmoset tissues, under identical conditions, only NCAD appears to be positive.

Again, only ECAD appears to give positivity in zebrafish. Very nice positivity in hard palate.
