If this immunostaining is specific, this cannot be showing precursor oligodendrocytes  as these cells are widely distributed in this adult, wt mouse. They appear to be a subgroup of astrocytes. Comments are welcomed.

Note that sweat gland ductal epithelium is negative.

Note that positivity is confined to brionchiolar  cells lying on the basal lamina. Ab should be diluted further ( 1/8K here).
