Positive for Muscularis externa fibres and also individual smooth muscle fibres in lamina propria of  villi.

Developing intercostal muscles.

Intense positivity is seen in progenitor olfactory neurones in the svz of the lateral ventricle.

Compare with DCX, Drebrin, NeuN images of same mouse region.

Unlike NeUN, Hu is positive for progenitor olfactory neurones.

Unlike Hu, NeuN is negative for progenitor neurones.

Intense positivity in progenitor olfactory neurones in the svz of the lateral ventricle.

A lighter positivity is seen in the neuropil of the caudate putamen ( also called “striatum”?).
