I tested AbDSerotec’s and Abcam’s FA-11 clone. Neither were positive using conditions that gave excellent positivity on sequential section, using anti Iba1 ( ab107159).

Upper image is anti CD68 clone FA-11.

Lower image is anti Iba1.

So, in my hands, clone FA-11 anti CD68 is negative for “IHP”.

Also, it is stated in AbDSerotec’s datasheet that CD68 is a Pan-macrophage marker. That is not my experience.

Iba1 is a pan-macrophage marker.
