Keratin in cow kidney – FFPWS using Abcam’s ab74649 ( clone AE-1)
Presumably positive podocytes within the glomerulus . Also strong positive macula densa
Keratin in goat lung – FFPWS using Abcam’s ab74649 ( (clone AE-1: positive for several types ).
Keratin in goat bronchus – FFPWS using Abcam’s ab74649 ( (clone AE-1: positive for several types ).
Keratin in chicken lung – FFPWS using Abcam’s ab74649 ( (clone AE-1: positive for several types ). Note that type I pneumocytes are negative.

Vimentin in human teratoma ( positive) in mouse subcutaneous tissue ( negative): FFPWS using Amersham’s /Calbiochem’s 1F01 ( V9 clone).
V9 does not work on FFPWS of mouse tissues, in my XP.
Strangely, to me, it works well in rat, under identical conditions.
