Excellent visualisation of bile canaliculi: at lower dilution factor endothelial cells of sinusoids are positive.

Upper part of the villi’s brush border/glycocalyx is strongly positive ( absorptive region?), whereas the lower area ( crypts of Leiberkuhn) are negative.

Hmmm. What are those intensely positive cells?

Strong parietal cell ( Bowman’s capsule) and PCT/DCT lumenal brush border  positivity.
