I assume that you are referring to kidney biopsies.  Yes, we have used the EnVision+ detection system on multiple kidney tissue biopsies and resection specimens.  It works very well and since it is based on non-avidin/biotin technology, you will not see any non-specific staining due to endogenous biotin (a big problem when dealing with kidney).
