	Not sure if such a book exists but what I can suggest is you contact my
old PhD supervisor, Dr. David McEwan Jenkinson. What he doesn't know about
skin hasn't been invented. His e-mail address is djenks@udcf.gla.ac.uk I'm
sure he'll be able to help.
