They used Zamboni's at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and 
they also used Bouin's as the routine fixative in the histopathology 
laboratory.  This was Dezna Sheehan's lab - hence the emphasis on Zamboni's.  
She was also very active on the Board of Registry Histotechnology Exam 
Committee.
