     Does anyone have a protocol or reference for cleaning up polyclonals 
with acetone-extracted liver powder?

Also, just for anyones information. a goat-polyclonal anti-Luciferase 
(firefly) works well on ethanol fixed paraffin embedded cell 
pellets,,,,haven't tried the fromalin yet.The antibody is from Promega.
