Hi,
I am trying to stain all blood vessels in the brainstem of the rat.
Ideally I would like to differentiate arteries and veins. I have
attempted what is known as a double ink perfusion, using blue ink then
red ink, but due to the limited information I have been able to gain on
this method, I have not had satisfying results so far. Can anyone give
me a detailed description of this technique or of any other methods
which may be used to label arteries and veins, that does not involve
using immunohistochemistry.
Thanks
