I do not know anything about the HTL telecinference but NSH has 2
teleconferences on the HT exam next year.  The first one is July 16, 2003
entitled " HT(ASCP) Registry Readiness Workshop - The Practical Exam"  and
the second one is August 20, 2003 on the written part of the exam.
