Striatal area: a moderate positivity is seen in nerve bundles but this disappears on further dilution. I did this because the intensity of positivity seen in what appear to be ( occasional) interneurons? is too high.

This is at double the dilution of primary antibody:  see how what seem to me to be decidual cells are the only positive cells?

Intense membraneous positivity is seen in a proportion what seem to me to be maternal decidual cells. This pattern is seen in rat/mouse placentas with ab32077, ab40815, ab52894. Placental cells proper are either a moderate positivity or are unstained if further diluted ( however, thos decidual cells are still positive.

Again, anybody know if this is specific/non-specific?

Positivity seen with top two images( ? total EGFr?) is similar: a subset of tubular and also interstitial positivity.

However, using ab40815 ( phosphorylated- lowest image) there is clear membraneous positivity in transitional urothelium ( central feature) and, I assume, collecting ducts?

A very similar pattern of positivity is seen when detecting using ab32077 ( further dilution is reqd)

This reagent should be further diluted.

Most intense positivity ( membraneous) is seen in germinal cell layer of developing epithelium and also in hair papillae

Should the positivity with this phosphorylated antibody be ( seemingly) identical to that seen when probing the same cell line with ab32077/52894?
