Desmin is in all muscles. The developing layers of oesophageal wall smooth muscle are clearly seen.

Also, bottom left, are primary myotubes of developing skeletal muscle seen in T/S.

Myocytes have formed primary myofibres ( black arrowhead). Secondary myofibres being formed on the primary fibres ( red arrowheads).

Human stem cells ( forming a  teratoma) in mouse host.

Mouse nuclei are negative ( stained blue by Gill’s III Haemalum) . Abcam state that this ab is anti nucleoli: to me, the nuclei are positive. If positivity  was localised to nucleoli, the nuclei would be stained blue and show brown dot/s within them ( nucleoli).

Abcam datasheet images show positive nuclei, not nucleoli.

Intense positivity seen in fibroblasts surrounding root sheath

Seems to be strongly positive for macrophages within the white pulp ( in rat brain, microglia are positive).

Strong focal interstitial positivity in cortex. Moderate positivity in fascicular layer.
