Dentate gyrus of Hippocampus

Hippocampus: cytoplasmic positivity. ? specific?

Developing skin  shows a distinct basal lamina positivity.

I most cells’ cytoplasm there appears, mostly, a single positive dot ( ? Golgi?)

Specific/non-specific?

Grammatically, there is no such word as “unspecific”.

I am not sure that this is specific as it appears to be positive in a specific cytoplasmic compartment ( ? Golgi apparatus?)
