What accreditation does your lab have?  Who reviews your lab procedures and how often is it done?
 
How many histotechnology related procedures does your lab have?  How are they organized and where are they kept?
 
What is the policy for new employees learning your lab procedures?
 
Who creates new procedures when needed and what is the process?
 
Are your lab procedures always followed?  When and how do you vary from them, and is this a norm in your lab?
