Chicken tissues
From: | Fernando Capela e Silva |
To perform immunohistochemistry in chicken tissues:
1. What is the best blocking reagent? A solution containing 3-5% of the
serum of the secondary antibody host, 1-3% BSA, 3% glycine or purified
casein?
2. What is the best biotinylated secondary antibody? It can (must) be from
chicken or from a different species?
