Hi,
    The DAB is used with the LSAB2 kit. The DAB is used with the LSAB+ kit, it
can also be used on other detection kits. I believe the DAB+ will work better
than the DAB. The difference between the kits is the LSAB2 (&DAB) is formulated
to work well with the DAKO prediluted antibodies, while the LSAB+ (&DAB+) is
better for concentrated antibodies.
